Beat License Terms
These terms cover beat licenses only and are separate from the website Terms of Service.
Placeholder text for professional legal review. Replace before launch — this is not legal advice.
Rights granted
Each license grants the licensee a limited, non-transferable right to use the instrumental to create and release a new musical work, within the distribution, streaming, video and performance limits of the purchased tier. All rights not expressly granted are retained by Gilduske / Opre Roma.
Restrictions
- The instrumental may not be resold, re-licensed or distributed on its own.
- The beat may not be registered as your own original composition.
- Conflicting Content ID claims over the underlying instrumental are not permitted.
- Use in another producer's beat store or sample product is prohibited.
Producer credit
Credit is required on all releases and metadata: Produced by Gilduske. Final wording follows the signed agreement.
Publishing
Purchasing a beat license does not automatically transfer Gilduske's publishing ownership. Song splits are documented separately.
Samples
Sample status is disclosed per beat as Original, Royalty-free source, or Sample used. Where a sample is used, clearance may be required before commercial release. No claim is made that every beat is sample-free.
Exclusive agreements
Exclusive rights are granted only under a separate signed agreement. Previously issued non-exclusive licenses may remain valid for the releases they cover.
Upgrades and termination
Licenses may be upgraded to a higher tier; amounts already paid can be credited. A license may be terminated for breach of these terms.
