Digital delivery

Beat licenses are digital products delivered immediately after payment. Because files and license rights are granted at that moment, purchases are generally final.

When a refund may be considered

• Duplicate payment for the same license
• Files were not delivered and cannot be delivered
• A technical fault with the purchased files that cannot be corrected

Upgrades instead of refunds

If you bought the wrong tier, contact Opre Roma — the amount paid can usually be credited toward the correct license.
